All rights of Danvest Energy were sold to NEG Micon, and Søren Q. Vestesen was employed as technical manager in the wind-diesel department.

Søren Q. Vestesen ends his job at Vestas (the NEG Micon part of Vestas), and continues Danvest Energy as Vestesen A/S.

Vestesen A/S buys WDS2 A/S. Vestesen A/S will be the concept developing company while WDS2 A/S will take care of production, delivery, installation and service of wind-diesel systems.

The company name WDS2 A/S is changed to Danvest Energy A/S. At the same occasion it was decided to use the company name Danvest Energy A/S again instead of Vestesen A/S.
